The Gospel Foundations Marriage Class can be used by pastors and Christian counsellors to lead couples through marriage prep. It can also be used by a couple on their own. It is saturated in Scripture and constructs a truly Gospel foundation for marriage. The book is arranged in six sessions, the first four contain just five pages of reading for each session and a single review page providing questions that the couple can discuss with themselves and their pastor. The final two sessions contain limited teaching but provide more extensive discussion questions allowing the couple to have four conversations for each session on topics vital to harmonious married life.​
